We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team and drive business expansion across the Qatar markets .
- Generate new business opportunities by targeting SMB and Enterprise accounts using various lead generation tools, outbound prospecting, networking, and personal business contacts.
- Leverage your existing customer database and professional network to identify and acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Schedule and conduct online and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers, with a strong focus on in-person client engagement.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects and key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
- Qualify customer requirements and work closely with the technical and presales teams to deliver the most suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, customer meetings, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company's growth strategy.
- Report directly to the Senior Business Development Manager and work closely under their guidance and supervision.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience within the Qatar market.
- Strong understanding of both SMB and Enterprise sales environments.
- An existing network of customers and business relationships is highly preferred.
- Experience selling SaaS, Telecom, Contact Center, CRM, AI, or other Technology Solutions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing the full sales cycle.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales forecasting.
