CRM Executive

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a background in the automotive industry to join our Sales team.
Preferred Nationality: Arabic or Philippines, Female

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist showroom visitors while ensuring an excellent customer experience. • Manage walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online customer inquiries. • Accurately log and track all leads in the CRM/DMS system. • Coordinate lead assignments and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales journey. • Conduct customer follow-ups for inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and post-sales feedback. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports. • Support customer complaint resolution and maintain accurate customer records. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
