Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing corporate and institutional partnerships across Qatar. You will target corporate enterprises, government entities, hospitality, healthcare, universities, and malls to offer corporate mobility accounts, promotional partnerships, and tailored transport packages.
This role operates under a clean handover model: you own the prospect from outreach through contract signing and onboarding. Once live, full relationship management transfers to an Operations Account Manager, leaving you free to focus entirely on driving new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify corporate and government targets in Qatar; build a structured pipeline across priority sectors (hospitality, healthcare, retail, logistics).
Client Pitching & Proposals: Pitch corporate mobility solutions, draft customized proposals, present employee ride credits/co-branded campaigns, and respond to corporate RFPs/RFQs.
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, volume commitments, payment terms), coordinate contract drafting with legal, and finalize signed agreements.
Onboarding & Handover: Manage account setup through operational go-live, leading a structured 30-day handover process to the Operations Account Manager.
Marketing & Promotions: Partner with the Marketing team to design B2B-specific promo assets, joint activations, and exclusive corporate offers.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain daily CRM updates, report weekly on pipeline progress, and track monthly closed-revenue milestones against targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of proven B2B sales/partnerships experience in Qatar (preferably in mobility, technology, hospitality, healthcare, or corporate services).
Languages: Fully Bilingual (Fluent written and spoken Arabic & English).
Work Eligibility: Must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) and currently reside in Qatar (or be eligible for local transfer/sponsorship).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Strong pitching and contract negotiation abilities, proficiency with CRM tools, professional executive presentation skills, and an established local corporate network.
