Business Support Executive cum EA (Female)

Position Title: Business Support Executive cum Executive Assistant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Purpose

The Business Support Executive will primarily provide operational, administrative, and business coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. The role will also provide executive assistance to senior management, including event and communication management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily business operations across departments.
• Prepare, maintain, and update reports, trackers, dashboards, and business records.
• Monitor and follow up on operational action items to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative and operational matters.
• Support procurement, HR, finance, and administration activities as required.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, events, and business activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Handle general office administration and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and event management when required.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action logs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and executive information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Support, Administration, Operations Coordination, or Executive Assistance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferably have related work experience in Manufacturing and Gas Companies. Preferred Arab Nationality.
