The opportunity

As a Lead Management Coordinator within EY’s Clients & Industries team, you will play an important role in supporting the end-to-end coordination of client opportunities across the MENA region. You will help drive the efficient circulation, tracking, coordination, and submission of opportunities, ensuring responses are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with EY policies and quality standards.

Working closely with Service Line teams and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful management of pursuits by maintaining accurate information, supporting submission activities, and ensuring a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end administration and tracking of client opportunities and pursuits.
• Support the circulation of opportunities to relevant stakeholders and Service Line teams.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and submission deadlines to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data, documentation, and tracking records.
• Assist with the preparation, compilation, and submission of proposals, bids, tenders, and related materials.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure smooth coordination throughout the pursuit process.
• Ensure compliance with EY policies, quality requirements, and confidentiality standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting on opportunities and submissions.
• Support continuous improvement of opportunity management processes and coordination activities.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience supporting proposals, tenders, bids, sales pursuits, or opportunity management activities.
• Familiarity with professional services, business development, or client-facing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• 0–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, administration, or a similar support role.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
