الملخص:

بصفتك متدربًا لدى مجموعة إزدان القابضة، ستتاح لك الفرصة لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة مؤسسية ديناميكية. وستعمل عن قرب مع نخبة من ذوي الخبرة في الإدارة التي سيتم إلحاقك بها، بما يتيح لك تطبيق معارفك الأكاديمية وتطوير مهاراتك المهنية.

سيتم تحديد الإدارة أو مجال التدريب المناسب بناءً على تخصص المتقدم، ومتطلبات التدريب، واحتياجات الإدارات، ومدى توافر فرص التدريب.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

وفقًا للإدارة التي سيتم إلحاق المتدرب بها، سيتولى ما يلي:

• - المساعدة في تنفيذ المهام اليومية والمشاريع الخاصة بالإدارة.
• - دعم الإدارة في إنجاز المهام الإدارية أو التشغيلية أو الفنية ذات الصلة.
• - إجراء البحوث والتحليلات لدعم الأنشطة الجارية، عند الحاجة.
• - حضور الاجتماعات وتدوين الملاحظات والمساهمة بالأفكار.
• - تعلم مهارات جديدة وتطبيقها تحت إشراف المشرف المكلف.
• - التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق في تنفيذ المهام والمشاريع ذات الصلة.
• - المحافظة على سرية المعلومات والالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات العمل.
• - الانتظام في الحضور طوال مدة التدريب المتفق عليها.
• - أداء المهام والمسؤوليات المحددة في اتفاقية التدريب.

متطلبات المتقدم:

• - أن يكون مقيدًا حاليًا بإحدى الجامعات أو الكليات أو المؤسسات التعليمية المعترف بها.
• - أن يدرس تخصصًا ذا صلة بمجال التدريب المطلوب.
• - القدرة على تقديم خطاب تدريب رسمي صادر عن الجامعة أو المؤسسة التعليمية.
• - التفرغ طوال مدة التدريب المطلوبة ووفقًا لجدول الحضور المحدد.
• - امتلاك مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
• - القدرة على العمل بفاعلية ضمن فريق.
• - الرغبة في التعلم وتقبل التوجيه.
• - الإلمام الأساسي بتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
• - التحلي بالمهنية والمسؤولية والالتزام.

المستندات المطلوبة:

• - نسخة أصلية ومحدثة من السيرة الذاتية.
• - خطاب تدريب رسمي صادر عن الجامعة أو المؤسسة التعليمية.

Summary:

As an intern at Ezdan Holding Group, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals within the assigned department, enabling you to apply your academic knowledge and develop your professional skills.

Internship placement will be determined based on the applicant’s field of study, internship requirements, departmental needs and placement availability.

Job Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned department, the intern will:

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within the assigned department.
• Support the department in completing relevant administrative, operational or technical assignments.
• Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing activities, where applicable.
• Attend meetings, prepare notes and contribute ideas.
• Learn and apply new skills under the guidance of the assigned supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members on relevant tasks and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and workplace requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance throughout the agreed internship period.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities specified in the internship agreement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a recognized university, college or educational institution.
• Studying in a field relevant to the requested internship area.
• Able to provide an official internship letter from the university or educational institution.
• Available for the required internship duration and working schedule.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and accept guidance.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, responsible and committed.

• Official university or educational-institution internship letter.
