Group Finance Manager

Key Role Requirements:
- Lead group-level financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Collaborate with business unit heads to optimize performance and profitability
- Support investment, risk management, and strategic business decisions
- Provide insight-driven reports to senior leadership
- Willingness to be available during evening hours when owners are present
- High adaptability to a fast-moving, customized decision-making environment
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10–15 years in senior finance roles; prior exposure to family-run or multi-sector businesses is highly preferred
- Qualifications: CA, CPA or equivalent
- Skills: Financial analysis, strategic planning, consolidation, reporting, and ERP proficiency
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, grounded personality, willingness to adapt, strong ownership mindset
- Working Style: Flexible, humble, reliable, hands-on
