Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align with multiple stakeholders across functions to support business operations.
• Ensure detailed organization and effective management of business processes and procedures.
• Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Support project-driven environments, especially in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Apply risk assessment methods in decision-making and business practices.
• Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Foster productivity within a multicultural working environment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related role or discipline, with at least 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in project-related business functions and relevant business processes.
• Skills:
  • High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
  • Strong knowledge of business software tools (e.g., dashboards, data analytics, SAP).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural, project-driven setting.
