Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align with multiple stakeholders across functions to support business operations.
- Ensure detailed organization and effective management of business processes and procedures.
- Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Support project-driven environments, especially in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Apply risk assessment methods in decision-making and business practices.
- Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and enterprise systems such as SAP.
- Foster productivity within a multicultural working environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related role or discipline, with at least 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge in project-related business functions and relevant business processes.
- Skills:
- High level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
- Strong knowledge of business software tools (e.g., dashboards, data analytics, SAP).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, project-driven setting.
