Program Manager Lean

Job Purpose:
Act as the Lean Business Partner for a Business Unit, a Global Process Owner, a Region and a Subsidiary in order to deliver specific Lean Transformation initiatives. The role acts as a coach, a mentor, problem solver, change agent and an expert in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as an advocate and ambassador of lean methodology across the organization and support the adoption and establishment of the continuous improvement of culture.
• Act as a Transition Lean Business Partner for the key stakeholder of the assigned portfolio.
• Support the implementation and management of the Lean Academy for QR Group.
• Manage the continuous planning, monitoring, analysis and assessment of QR Lean Initiatives.
• Provide Operational support in the Development of and implementation of Lean Projects for the assigned Portfolio.
• Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the Lean Academy, through overseeing the delivery and output of training sessions, in order to enhance the capability level of the participants.
• Engage with Business Leaders and forge strong partnerships that will enable the identification of lean opportunities and initiatives
• Manage and offer operational guidance to his/ her team in the mapping and design of new processes and the efficient implementation of projects across the Group.

Qualification

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
• Demonstrated practical and strategic leadership experience in a Lean and continuous culture.
• Experience with exposure to a culture of continuous improvement and ability to work at all levels across the organization.
• Demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery with visible benefits possibly in different industries
• Able to lead Lean trainings up to Black Belt level.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Belt Certification
• Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
