Change Manager - Data Focused

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of change management methods, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and readiness practices
- Practical experience developing change plans, communication plans, stakeholder maps, training plans, and adoption approaches
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, data ownership, data stewardship, metadata, reporting, analytics, and data literacy concepts
- Ability to translate technical or governance changes into clear business impacts, user behaviors, and role expectations
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, awareness sessions, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Strong written communication skills for executive messages, user communications, FAQs, guides, training materials, and adoption updates
- Ability to identify change impacts across roles, processes, decision points, tools, responsibilities, and ways of working
- Practical experience managing resistance, adoption risks, stakeholder concerns, and communication gaps
- Ability to design user-friendly training and enablement materials for business and operational users
- Ability to work with senior leaders, middle managers, frontline users, data owners, data stewards, and technical teams
- Working knowledge of adoption measurement, feedback collection, readiness assessment, and benefit reinforcement
- Ability to simplify data concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong coordination and stakeholder follow-up skills
