Restaurant Manager – Food & Beverage
We're seeking a warm, energetic Restaurant Manager to lead exceptional dining experiences and inspire a strong service team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service delivery
- Uphold high hospitality and guest experience standards
- Coach, motivate, and develop the team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
- Monitor and act on guest feedback
- Collaborate with Culinary and other departments
- Support cost control and revenue goals
- Maintain health, safety, and brand standards
What You'll Need
- Prior Restaurant Manager experience in luxury or high-volume hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Guest-focused, hands-on, and positive approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid F&B operational knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Asian Dining concept experience
