We have an urgent requirement for Presales Manager in BFSI(Insurance Domain-prefered) domain for our client based in Qatar

Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline by generating new opportunities, qualifying leads, and achieving revenue targets.-- Must Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution design, and deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept for enterprise customers.-- Must Partner with C-suite executives, Business Development, Product, and Technology teams to drive account strategies, customer relationships, and market expansion.-- Must Translate customer requirements into product enhancements, develop value propositions and ROI models, and provide competitor and market intelligence to leadership.-- Must Experience in the GCC/Middle East insurance or financial services market ---GTH Experience in Insurance Technology, InsurTech, Financial Services Technology or Enterprise Software; experience with insurance platforms, core insurance systems or digital transformation solutions--- Must Role Overview The Technical Presales & Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving Anoud Technologies' growth across the insurance and financial services technology market. The role bridges Presales, Business Development, Product, and Sales, translating customer requirements into compelling technology solutions and commercial opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build a strong sales pipeline, generate and qualify new opportunities, lead high-impact product demonstrations and RFP responses, support strategic customer engagements, and convert opportunities into measurable revenue. The role will work closely with the C-suite, Business Development, Product, and Technology teams to strengthen Anoud Technologies' market position, expand strategic accounts, and support the company's overall growth strategy. Responsibilities

• RFP/RFI responses: Lead responses, proposals, solution design, and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements.
• Product demonstrations: Deliver solution presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for business and C-suite stakeholders.
• Business opportunities: Identify and generate leads via prospecting, networking, industry events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Sales pipeline: Build, manage, and continuously develop qualified pipelines across accounts and geographies.
• Account strategies: Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to create opportunity plans and engagement strategies.
• Sales cycle ownership: Manage opportunities from lead generation to closure.
• Go-to-market strategies: Develop strategies based on trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
• Executive engagements: Support C-suite in presentations, trade shows, and conferences.
• Product collaboration: Work with Product/Tech teams to enhance offerings.
• Value propositions: Develop ROI models and commercial strategies to improve deal closure.
• CRM management: Maintain sales plans, trackers, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Revenue targets: Meet lead-generation and revenue goals while improving conversion ratios.
• Customer relationships: Build strong ties with decision-makers and partners.
• Cross-sell opportunities: Identify upsell and new-market opportunities.
• Market insights: Deliver competitor and pipeline insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8–12 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
• Domain expertise: Insurance Technology, InsurTech, Financial Services Tech, or Enterprise Software.
• RFP/RFI expertise: Strong background in solutioning, proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Presentation skills: Ability to conduct demos, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Sales record: Proven success in lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue achievement.
• Technology knowledge: Enterprise tech, cloud platforms, APIs, integration, and digital transformation.
• Collaboration: Experience working with BD, Product, Tech, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
• Strategy skills: Strong grasp of GTM planning, competitive analysis, and opportunity management.
• Business translation: Ability to convert complex solutions into ROI-driven customer value.
• Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive engagement: Experience with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Regional knowledge: GCC/Middle East insurance or financial services market experience preferred.
