Patient Services Call Center Specialist
Power International Holding (PIH)
Power International Holding (PIH) invites applications for a Call Center Agent to handle incoming patient calls for booking, changes, cancellations, inquiries and information. You will be a key member of the primary contact team and assist patients by phone, including appointment reminders.
The role includes offering doctor services where suitable, participating in training, and expanding knowledge of the company and position in a fast-paced environment.
