Title: Documentation Clerk-Shipyard
Contract Duration- 6 Months
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Process all documents for visa application.
• Fill up the Seamen visa application form on the IT system.
• Follow up with immigration coordinators for the applied visa and their status.
• Update customer on visa status.
• Follow-up with customers for appropriate documents for visas
• Prepare the list of visas and related data for invoicing.
• Prepare and organize the list of visas and related data for audit purpose.

Education & Professional Qualification:
High School
Professional Experience:
2 years relevant experience
