We are looking for a qualified and experienced SiteNurse provide on-site medical support, first aid, and occupationalhealth assistance to employees. The candidate will be responsible for attendingto workplace injuries and illnesses, maintaining medical records, supportingemergency response activities, and ensuring compliance with site health andsafety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Providefirst aid and immediate medical assistance for workplace injuries andillnesses.
• Assessemployees' health conditions and refer them to hospitals or clinics whenrequired.
• Maintainaccurate medical, treatment, and incident records.
• Monitorand maintain first-aid supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.
• Supportemergency response procedures and coordinate ambulance or hospitalreferrals when necessary.
• Conductbasic health checks and monitor employees with minor medical conditions.
• Assistwith health awareness, hygiene, and occupational health initiatives.
• Coordinatewith the HSE team regarding medical incidents and workplace healthconcerns.
• Ensurecompliance with company procedures and applicable health and safetyrequirements.
• Maintainconfidentiality of employee medical information.

• Diplomaor Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant nursing experience , preferably inconstruction, industrial, oil & gas, or site environments.
• Strongknowledge of first aid, emergency response, and occupational healthpractices.
• Valid BLS/FirstAid certification preferred.
• Goodcommunication and documentation skills.
• Ableto work independently in a site environment.
• Mustbe available to join as per project requirements.
