Civil Foreman

• Supervise civil maintenance, repair, and construction activities across PTP and SGW TF plants.
  

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work.
  

• Oversee tank, chamber, wet well, and drain cleaning as per schedule.
  

• Inspect civil structures like tanks, buildings, roads, manholes, and drainage systems, and report defects.
  

• Coordinate with Operations, Mechanical, and Electrical teams for safe and efficient work.
  

• Ensure compliance with HSE rules, quality standards, and company procedures.
  

• Supervise contractors and workers to complete jobs safely, on time, and with good quality.
  

• Monitor materials, equipment, and resources for cost‑effective use.
  

• Prepare inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records.
  

• Respond to emergency maintenance needs to keep civil assets safe and reliable.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  

• 3-6 years of civil construction or maintenance experience, preferably in STP/PTP plants.
  

• Knowledge of civil structures and maintenance methods.
  

• Good leadership and communication skills.
  

• Familiarity with HSE and quality standards.
  

• Immediate joining Duration: 2 Months
