Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant cum Admin to handle day-to-day accounting, finance, and administrative activities while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, petty cash, and monthly financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
• Manage office administration, documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other administrative documents.
• Assist with payroll preparation and other HR/admin activities.
• Support procurement and office-related requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field .
• 1-2 Years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and accounting software .
• Strong knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Qatar ID / transferable visa preferred.
