- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and reconciliation statements.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial policies.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
