Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
- Handle budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support financial decision-making.
- Present financial summaries and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations in Qatar.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred (English is required; Arabic is a plus).
- Strong knowledge in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage financial operations independently.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
