QC Inspector Civil (Oil & Gas)

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting quality inspections of civil construction activities in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards. The role involves monitoring site activities, identifying quality issues, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC requirements. The candidate should have strong Oil & Gas experience and knowledge of civil inspection procedures and documentation.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualification :
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering – Required
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years of Oil & Gas experience
- Technical Skills: Civil inspection, QA/QC procedures, construction quality standards, inspection documentation, drawings and specifications
- Mandatory Criteria: Valid Degree/Diploma certificate and Experience Certificate required; Qatar Energy (QE) approval, if available, is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of civil construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site activities and identify, report, and follow up on quality issues and non-conformities.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure all civil works comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and Oil & Gas industry standards.
