QC Engineer

QA/QC Management : Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for mechanical and welding works.
Inspection Oversight : Supervise inspections of piping, welding, and mechanical systems.
Standards Compliance : Ensure adherence to ASME, API, AWS, and ISO standards.
Documentation : Prepare quality plans, inspection reports, and audit records.
NCR Management : Review non‑conformances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure.
Coordination : Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters.
Requirements
Qualifications
- B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas , Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
- Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors.
- Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced in Field installation of Piping, Structural Steel, Tanks Welding.
Mandatory certifications:
- CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE, IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
