Career Land Center is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Spa Supervisor on behalf of a well-established and reputable beauty salon in Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the spa, lead a team of beauty professionals, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while achieving operational and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the spa and salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and support staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and adherence to company policies.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and maximize treatment room utilization.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with Qatar regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order spa products and supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Coach team members on service standards, retail sales, and upselling techniques.
- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Promote spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products to increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa, beauty salon, or wellness center.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, and salon operations.
- Experience with appointment booking/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
