QA-QC Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil maintenance works.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
- Conduct inspections of maintenance and repair activities to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship throughout project execution.
- Prepare quality reports, inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
- Participate in audits and quality reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality management programs.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Maintenance environments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and inspection methodologies.
- Experience with ITPs, Method Statements, quality audits, and reporting.
- Knowledge of international civil engineering standards and specifications.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
