Key Responsibilities
- Execute fillet and butt welds as per project requirements
- Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and WPS
- Ensure weld quality meets AWS / ASME standards
- Maintain safety and quality compliance during welding operations
- Perform high‑quality pipe welding using TIG (GTAW)
- Handle Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS / SDSS) materials
- Execute root pass welding using TIG with high precision
- Follow WPS, PQR, and project specifications strictly
- Ensure defect‑free welding with proper heat control
- Perform stainless steel pipe welding using TIG (GTAW)
- Execute root pass and full TIG welding
- Perform butt welds in multiple positions
- Ensure weld integrity and compliance with standards
- Interpret isometric drawings and WPS
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural welding
- Strong experience in SMAW (ARC welding)
- Proficient in Fillet & Butt Welds
- Experience in welding positions: 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G
- Experience in construction / Oil & Gas projects preferred
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pipe welding
- Strong expertise in TIG (GTAW) welding
- Proven experience in DSS / SDSS materials
- Experience in full TIG welding preferred
- Knowledge of welding codes and quality standards
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SS pipe welding
- Strong experience in TIG welding (GTAW)
- Expertise in Stainless Steel (SS) materials
- Experience in positions: 2G, 5G, 6G
- Ability to deliver high-quality, defect‑free welds
