Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure theefficient running of our business in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with a strongbackground in managing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseedaily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Developand implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhanceefficiency and productivity.
• Managebudgets, forecasts, and financial goals to meet the organization’s objectives.
• Lead,motivate, and develop the operations team to maintain a high level ofperformance.
• Ensurecompliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Analyzeoperational performance and generate reports for senior management.
• Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions wherenecessary.
• Maintainstrong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handleoperational challenges and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal disruptionto services.
• Coordinateand collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

• Provenability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strongfinancial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability towork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency inArabic is required.
• Bachelor’sdegree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
