Classroom & Event AV Specialist

- Provide AV support for classrooms, conference rooms, offices, and university events.
- Set up and operate microphones, mixers, speakers, projectors, laptops, and AV sources.
- Support indoor and outdoor events, including load-in and load-out activities.
- Troubleshoot AV systems, digital signage, LED media wall, and media mesh issues.
- Add, remove, relocate, and upgrade AV equipment as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance before Fall and Spring semesters.
- Maintain AV spare parts, tools, consumables, and inventory documentation.
- Respond quickly to AV assistance requests and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in AV support or event AV operations.
- Knowledge of classroom AV systems, projectors, audio systems, LED walls, and digital signage.
- Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment setup.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
