F&B Cost Controller: Menu Costing & Inventory
Rotana Hotels
Rotana Hotels in Doha is seeking a passionate Finance professional to join the City Centre Rotana Doha as Cost Controller. You will liaise closely with the Food & Beverage team to manage costs and support pricing decisions.
You will prepare costing for recipes and menus, perform tests on receiving goods, prepare daily food cost flash reports, and contribute to banquet P&L and revenue breakdowns, while reconciling inventories and controlling bar costs across outlets.
