Your main mission includes:

• The Military EW Advisor Officer serves as a strategic expert in electronic warfare doctrine, training development, and operational advisory within a specialized EW training Center.
• The incumbent is assigned to the Qatar Air Force (QEAF) Rafale Training Center (CFR) to provide assistance and know-how.
• The incumbent prepares, manages, and facilitates the training, in English, of QEAF electronic warfare trainees.
• The advisor designs and supervises advanced EW training programs for QEAF.
• Under supervision of QEAF officials in accordance with defense secrecy requirements, the advisor:
  • Oversees the design, validation, and continuous improvement of EW training courses.
  • Maintains active liaison with frontline EW units.
  • Coordinates with intelligence services to integrate threat assessments into training.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer between operational theaters and the training environment.
  • Supports pre-deployment training for units requiring specialized EW preparation.
• The courses cover:
  • Presentation of QEAF EW Doctrine.
  • Establishment of training courses in the EW domain.
  • Presentation of the EW and its attached entities organization in the Air Forces.
  • Organizational development.
  • Electronic Warfare Programming and Training Center EWPTC.
  • Signals Electronic Warfare Operations Cell SEWOC.
  • Joint electronic warfare Coordination Center JEWCC.
  • Operational organization.
  • Human resources mapping.
  • Training.
  • Talent management.
• Preparation of future Electronics warfare structures managers and staff officers (JEWC, SEWOC, EWPTC, etc.) and presentation of the intelligence challenges in the air domain.
• The expert focuses on the Air Force component to increase QEAF capability in the aircraft self-protection domain:
  • Air mission planning.
  • Signal emitter collection, classification, and analysis (Radar, weapons systems).
  • Database management and building advisor.
• In charge of preparing courses of his specialty, writing educational and technical materials, proposing adaptations, finalizing educational program development, and accompanying and evaluating trainees.

Profil

• Degree(s): Higher certificate of the specialty or equivalent.
• EW training course and/or experience in an Electronic Warfare Center.
• Pedagogical internship (initial/retraining).
• School(s)/University(s): Air Force or French Navy.
• Discipline(s): electronic Warfare and Air intelligence.
• English: Instructor Level. Spoken English must be adapted for non-native speakers to be understood by all Qatari trainees.
• Knowledge of Arabic would be appreciated.
