Workshop Group Leader - Automotive Excellence & Compliance

Alfardan Group in Doha is seeking a Group Leader for JLR to oversee workshop operations. The role involves ensuring efficiency and quality standards, planning daily workloads, and monitoring compliance with manufacturers' procedures.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Certificate/Diploma in a Technical Automotive course is required along with Level 3 certification in JLR excellence.
