Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a fast-paced corporate environment. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving ambitious sales targets. • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client referrals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client needs and requirements
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and customized solutions tailored to client specifications
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads systematically to convert prospects into confirmed business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales calls, client interactions, meetings, and confirmed transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as established by management
• Provide transparent communication and regular updates on sales pipeline and progress to leadership
• Adapt sales approach based on market feedback and evolving customer preferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B or corporate environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
