We are seeking for a Site HSE Officer who will be responsible in monitoring site HSE activities, PTW, JSA, risk assessments, inspections, and safety compliance for construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor site HSE activities.
- Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety reviews.
- Monitor PTW and JSA compliance for site activities.
- Provide safety guidance for heavy lifting, confined space, deep excavation, and critical activities.
- Review HSE procedures, deviation requests, and contractor safety performance.
- Coordinate with end-user HSE team, EPC contractors, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technical discipline or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, JSA, risk assessment, lifting, confined space, and excavation safety.
