Facility Management Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Prepared detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
- Analyzed drawings, specifications, and scope for HVAC, Fire Alarm, and MEP systems
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing sheets
- Conduct site visits for assessment and scope verification
- Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
- Prepare tender documents and commercial submissions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Assist in variation cost estimation and project budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in MEP/FM estimation
- Proven experience in High-Rise Building Estimation Projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ducting)
- Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Strong analytical and cost control skills
