The Role:
At The Ned Doha, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences with warmth, style, and attention to detail. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and service‑driven IRD Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team and lead the In‑Room Dining operation with excellence and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise the daily In‑Room Dining operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead and support the IRD team to provide exceptional and personalized guest experiences
- Ensure orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and delivered within service standards
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to maintain seamless operations
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with team training, scheduling, and operational organization
- Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and attention to detail
- Support the operation during busy service periods while maintaining high luxury hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
About You:
- Previous experience as an IRD Supervisor or similar role within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Passion for guest experience and personalized service
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a hands‑on and team‑oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
