What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Post-Campaign Performance Analysis: Translate raw ad metrics—such as impressions, clicks, add-to-carts, and attribution—into clear, actionable ROI reports for brands, merchants, and internal leadership.
• Reporting Automation & Dashboarding: Build, scale, and maintain automated self-serve dashboards and standardized report templates to eliminate the need for manual data pulls.
• Commercial Support & Insight Selling: Partner directly with the Verticals and Account Management teams to present compelling performance stories, validate media investments, and identify strategic upselling opportunities driven by benchmark data.
• Data Integrity & Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Science and AdOps to ensure attribution integrity, resolve discrepancies between internal tracking and external DSPs, and enforce clean data logic.
• Real-Time Campaign Optimization: Monitor real-time campaign execution across ad products (in-app banners, sponsored listings via TopSort, programmatic/Open DSP) to optimize floor prices, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Ads Implementation Support: Provide hands-on assistance and technical support for the successful implementation and launch of ad campaigns.

• Experience: Proven track record in data analysis, digital marketing, e-commerce, or retail media performance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in building automated reports and using data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (ROAS, impressions, CTR, attribution models, etc.) and the ability to translate complex raw data into actionable business insights.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to spot upselling opportunities and connect data metrics to broader business strategies and revenue goals.
• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical performance data to non-technical stakeholders, account managers, and external brand partners.
