Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Job Description

- Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for all social media channels
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Coordinate photo and video shoot logistics with internal teams, models, and external agencies
- Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content for digital use
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies; build and maintain influencer relationships
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database
- Write compelling and concise social media copy consistent with Radisson Blu’s tone of voice
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics; provide reports with data-driven recommendations
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices

Qualifications

- Fluent in English (business writing and speaking)
- Proven experience in social media content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to create and edit visually engaging content (photo & video)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
- Flexible with working hours, including availability for shoots, events, and other hotel activities as needed
