Private Consultant Endocrinologist | UHNW Metabolic Health & Longevity Medicine Program | Doha

Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Endocrinologist embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Doha.

This role is focused on advanced metabolic health management, endocrine disorder optimisation, and longitudinal prevention of cardiometabolic disease within a high-net-worth population with multi-residence international lifestyles.

You will oversee complex endocrine care including diabetes management (Type 1, Type 2, and complex insulin-dependent cases), thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and broader metabolic syndrome pathways. A key component of the role is longevity-oriented medicine, integrating metabolic biomarkers, body composition analysis, and long-term risk stratification into continuous care plans.

You will coordinate closely with internal medicine, cardiology, nephrology, and preventive medicine specialists across a discreet multidisciplinary network spanning Qatar, Europe, and the United States. The emphasis is on proactive intervention, early detection, and sustained metabolic optimisation rather than episodic treatment.

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
  
• CCT / Board certification in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine
  
• Minimum 8–12 years post-specialisation experience
  
• Strong background in diabetes management and complex endocrine disorders
  
• Experience in private practice, executive health, or UHNW patient populations preferred
  
• Exposure to metabolic health optimisation or longevity medicine advantageous
  
• Fluent English essential
  
• High discretion and ability to operate within confidential family structures
  
• Willingness to be based in Doha with international travel flexibility
