A leading engineering and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise civil works on Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of site activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and site resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and prepare site reports.
- Coordinate scaffold activities and lifting operations.
- Supervise concrete repair and maintenance works.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, and concrete repair works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
