A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor (Steel Structural) to oversee structural steel construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
Job Title: Civil Supervisor (Steel Structural)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise structural steel construction and installation activities.
- Coordinate daily site operations, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Supervise scaffold operations and lifting activities.
- Monitor structural repair and concrete repair works.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project engineers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Trade Certification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil structural supervision.
- Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of scaffold safety, lifting supervision, steel structural works, and concrete repair.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
