Senior Project Manager - Strategic Customer Engagements

- Location: Based in Qatar
- Travel Requirement: Weekly travel to Saudi Arabia
- Engagement Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through June 2026)
- Employment Type: Contract / Fixed-term engagement
- Start Date: Immediate / Urgent requirement
Required Experience
- 10+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise or strategic customer engagements
- Strong background managing executive stakeholders and customer-facing programs
- Experience working across GCC markets, preferably Saudi Arabia and Qatar
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional delivery environments
- Experience handling high-pressure, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management capability
This role is intended for a senior-level project leader capable of representing the organization directly with executive customer stakeholders while ensuring structured delivery governance across a fast-paced strategic engagement.
The individual must bring strong client-facing leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to stabilize, accelerate, and coordinate cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
The profile should demonstrate:
- Strong executive presence
- Enterprise-scale project delivery experience
- GCC customer engagement exposure and able to travel within the Region
- Ability to manage ambiguity and high-pressure environments
- Strong governance and stakeholder management capability
- Willingness to travel weekly between Qatar and Saudi Arabia
- Immediate availability preferred
This is a high-visibility engagement where stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and customer confidence are critical.

Regional & Cultural Awareness
- Strong understanding of GCC business culture and customer engagement practices
- Comfortable with frequent travel and in-person customer interaction
- Arabic language capability is advantageous but not mandatory
