Overview
Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Qatar for a dedicated Branch Manager to lead their luxury brand operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a background in high-end retail management.
Responsibilities
- Train and monitor sales staff performance; organize customer service and communication training
- Oversee store operations, product display, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory levels, storage procedures, and product availability
- Coordinate with Brand Management on marketing strategies and new product launches
- Supervise and manage multiple branches across Qatar, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Evaluate staff performance, prepare reports, and handle disciplinary actions when required
- Report on sales figures and KPIs regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager in luxury retail
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Professional appearance with strong brand representation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Qatar luxury market and customer expectations
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
