Capability Development Lead - Competency & Learning
SPIEgroup
SPIEgroup in Doha is seeking a Capability Development Supervisor to support the implementation of the Competency Management Framework. This role requires development of job competency models, oversight of competency assessments, and translating assessment outcomes into actionable learning and development plans.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, 5+ years of relevant experience, and will be a Certified Workplace Assessor. We offer a long-term contract with attractive benefits including a daily rate and accommodation.
