Lounge Attendant - Front of House

Job Purpose:
Deliver exceptional customer service within all areas of the lounge receptions and touch pointsm through upsell
and enlighten customers of all lounge facilities, ensuring all customer queries be responded with the utmost
accuracy, and work with all colleagues and leaders ensuring a positive can do attitude.

Operations:

• Participate in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures
  Communicate effectively with all areas of the operations, ensuring that customer receive 5-star QR services
  as promised.
• Ensure positive visual appearance of the lounges is to the highest standard by regular monitoring areas they
  are responsible for.
• Maintains an exceptional standard of product knowledge to promote "Lounges" and the wider QR Group
  (FFP entitlements, Lounge Access Policies, HIA Familiarisation Tours) and assists with a diverse range of
  customer enquiries to the end.
• Liaises with all external parties (MOI, GS hub, QAS, Other airlines, IOM, Concierge, Other lounges, AMS,
  Hotels and Clients/Corporates etc.)
• Actively promote positive teamwork within colleagues.
  Ensure all operational equipment's are up to standard and fully functional in allocated lounge i.e. flight information display, computer scanners etc.
• Planning and conducting Inventory related to stationary, equipment's etc. Review eDocs updates, Hub
  Lounges policy, OW (One world Lounge access policy)
• Track and file all the operational related forms i.e. UOD (Upgrade on Departure), Lost & Found etc.
  Incident reporting - staff is required to inform SNR - Senior, SOD - Supervisor, DM - Duty Manager or
  FBM - Food & Beverage Manager on duty
• Encourage and guide customers to complete the customer survey
• Proactively assist customers with lounge facilities such as showers, Quiet Areas, Lockers, Dinning area.
• Assist with customer queries related to frequent flyer program, flight information, boarding time, terminal facilities etc.
• Keep a track of the boarding time and ensure to release customer on time to the gates.
• Coordinate with F&B and Housekeeping for clearance, maintenance and cleanliness in the lounge at all times.
• Liaise with housekeeping on customer's request for any amenities e.g. blankets, pillows, slippers etc.

Qualification

Qualification:

High School Qualification with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
Experience:

• Experience in a premium hospitality/service environment.
• Trade certificate in hospitality management
• Genuine service/people focused attitude and understanding of needs of multicultural working/operating Environment
  Command of English language both verbal and written
• Ability to demonstrate Confidence through body language and presentation
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members
• Arabic language
• People focused attitude
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote a positive team environment.
• High level of versatility and able to adapt many varied needs of the operations/people.
