House Manager & Private Tutor – Private Family
A private family is seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager & Private Tutor to oversee household operations and support children’s academic development.
- Act as the main point of contact for all household-related matters.
- House Managers are required to be discreet and keep family information private.
- Schedule, supervise, and coordinate domestic staff, including housekeepers and nannies.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and daily household activities.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with the family, providing updates on household matters and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation, papers, research and other academic tasks.
- Support students in understanding key academic concepts and improving performance.
- Staying up to date with the school curriculum.
- Assist with daily homework assignments.
- Proven experience in a similar dual role (house management and/or private tutoring preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Patient, responsible, and supportive personality.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background preferred
