Technical Helper

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / High School
• 2–3 years of experience as Technical Helper in Rolling Mill / Steel Industry / Heavy Industrial environment
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English (Mandatory)
• Physically fit and able to work in high-temperature industrial plant conditions
• Basic understanding of steel production and rolling mill operations
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage in industrial sites
• Immediate availability preferred

Requirements

• Assist operators and technicians in rolling mill operations
• Support in handling raw materials, billets, rods, and steel products
• Perform material movement, loading, unloading, and stacking activities
• Assist in machine setup, basic adjustment, and operational support
• Carry out housekeeping and cleaning of work area and machinery
• Support in gas cutting, slinging, hammering, and material preparation tasks
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and HSE standards
• Report any equipment faults, hazards, or abnormalities to supervisors
• Assist in maintenance support activities during shutdown or breakdowns
• Coordinate with team members for smooth production flow in rolling operations
