ADMIN ASSISTANT I

Primary Purpose of the Job
To provide full administrative services to Inspection & Corrosion and Reliability & Optimization including typing of routine and all kinds of confidential correspondences. Also maintains all files and records of personnel from both divisions. To do all typing and follow up jobs like general correspondences, reports, memorandums, letter, faxes, Departmental announcements and compliance, tenders, minutes of meetings, office notes etc. To compile all work plan and reports for Inspection & Corrosion and Reliability & Optimization jobs using MS applications. To draft all types of letters related to personnel and administration.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous success in office management at Operations or Technical Directorates.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
- High level of proficiency with hands‑on experience in computer applications: SAP, Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in all areas of Clerical and Office Administration.
Educational Qualifications
Completion of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.
