Senior Associate - Equity Research

A global emerging markets investment firm with a strong research-driven culture and consistently growing assets under management. The platform offers close collaboration with portfolio managers and increasing responsibility as the business scales.

• Source and evaluate high-conviction investment opportunities across public equities.
• Conduct deep fundamental research including financial modelling, industry analysis, and company engagement.
• Maintain active coverage of a focused portfolio/watchlist through continuous monitoring and management interaction.
• Present investment ideas and research insights to the investment team through reports and discussions.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers on portfolio construction, analytics, and performance review.
• Track macroeconomic and sector developments to inform investment strategy.

A successful applicant should have:

• 5-10 years of buy side equity research experience.
• Proven ability in fundamental analysis and building detailed financial models.
• Strong understanding of investment frameworks, valuation techniques, and portfolio dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate investment ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated passion for investing, intellectual curiosity, and high personal integrity.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA (preferred).
