Legal Affairs Manager (Civil & Labour Cases)

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Legal Affairs Manager (Civil & Labour Cases) to oversee all legal matters within the organisation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing litigation, ensuring legal compliance, and safeguarding the company’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on all civil and labour cases
- Represent the company before courts, labour committees, and regulatory authorities
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and internal policies
- Provide legal advice to executive management and departments
- Ensure compliance of employment contracts and HR policies with labor laws
- Handle labour disputes and propose legal solutions before escalation
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and monitor case progress
- Assess legal risks and recommend preventive measures
- Stay updated with laws and ensure company-wide compliance
- Prepare legal reports on case status and risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in legal affairs
- Strong experience in civil and labor litigation
- Proven court representation experience
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and labor regulations
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
- Valid Qatar driving license
- Transferable RP required
