Duration of contract :-30 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Translate written content from English to Modern Standard Arabic and vice versa.
- Translate exhibition guides, publications, books, marketing materials, and official documents.
- Proofread and edit translated content to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain translation glossaries and terminology databases.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency.
- Verify facts, dates, and references before publication.
- Deliver high-quality translations within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Translation, English, Arabic, Communication, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of professional translation experience.
- Experience translating cultural, museum, art, heritage, or publication content is highly preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
