Senior Civil Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility

• 1. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans.
• 2. Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, etc.) to determine project feasibility.
• 3. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• 4. Supervise construction teams and ensure project timelines are met.
• 5. Manage and review project documentation and reports.
• 6. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• 7. Provide technical advice and guidance to project team members.
• 8. Resolve design and construction issues as they arise.

Candidate Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2. Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
• 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• 4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• 5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 7. Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• 8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
