We are seeking energetic and qualified Fitness Instructors (Male & Female) to join a leading fitness facility in Qatar. Preference will be given to Eastern European candidates; however, locally available candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
Job Title: Gym Instructor (Male & Female)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist members, providing professional fitness and wellness guidance
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout programs
- Demonstrate the safe and effective use of gym equipment and machines
- Monitor the gym floor to ensure member safety and engagement
- Lead group fitness sessions, circuit training, and warm-up/cool-down activities
- Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain gym cleanliness and report equipment maintenance requirements
- Support promotional activities and contribute to an excellent member experience
- Provide first aid assistance and respond to emergencies when required
Requirements:
- Locally available in Qatar and ready to join
- Experience working in reputable gyms or fitness centers in Qatar
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Certification in Fitness Instruction / Personal Training (REPs, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Work Conditions:
- Shift-based role, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Requires physical activity, prolonged standing, and occasional lifting of gym equipment
